From this research the conclusion is the main factor that highest delay factor are
goverment policy aspect (r=0,880). So the delay factor is from external aspek. From your
opion for another research what suggestion to solve this problem because this is from
external aspect that cannot controled by project team.

Thank you for the question, indeed the results of this study are the highest factors
from external factors, this factor cannot be controlled by the internal project, so to
minimize the influence of these factors efficiency is carried out in all project
devices, such as labor, equipment and materials and so on. -Other, so that the
implementation continues to run optimally and does not stop, including in the
adjustment of the implementation schedule. And of course this requires
cooperation between project owners, contractors and consultants.
