Question from Mr. Verly Widiantoro 2020.11.18 13:59:11 From this research the conclusion is the main factor that highest delay factor are goverment policy aspect (r=0,880). So the delay factor is from external aspek. From your opion for another research what suggestion to solve this problem because this is from external aspect that cannot controled by project team.

And of course this requires cooperation between project owners, contractors and consultants.
