Empirical data from my research shows that the quality of work-life and work
engagement of millennial employees has positive and significant to organizational
agility, even though other studies examining the millennial generation conclude
that the millennial generation includes such as BCG- Gallup- Yoris- IDN Research
Institute. as below:
1. Adventurer, more energetic likes to try something new.
2. Visionary, full of inspiring, expressive, and driven.
3. Millennials do not want superior who^s bossy and controlling or monitoring
4. They prefer to develop their strengths rather than weaknesses, not pursuing job
satisfaction.
however, the results of this research concluded different things from empirical
research and literature review
