Question from Dr. Budi Waluyo

I am very interested in the articles that you present. There is a little that I want to
discuss more deeply. I need a more detailed explanation of the biodiesel properties
that you simulate resulting in a higher cylinder pressure

Thank you for the question

i have tried to answer your question since last nigh, but the system seem cannot
cope with a long answer. and i just figure it out, so i will answer you question in
thread.

The biodiesel used in this simulation was extracted from the seed of
Pangi/kluwek/kepayang (Pangium Edule Reinw)). There are some journal has been
published and discuss this biodiesel. Nevertheless, no paper has a complete result
of the parameters required by the software (Diesel-RK).

We did some fundamental analysis with GCMS and analyzed it with
BiodieselAnalyzer (c) Version 2.2 (Online App). Next, I combined all data and filled
the missing properties with available data from the software^s fuel library.

I want to show the biodiesel properties table- nevertheless, this feature cannot
accept pictures. However, compared to standard diesel- it has a lower heating
value of fuel (42,5: 37), a higher cetane number (48: 52), a higher density of fuel
(830: 879,3), a higher molecular mass of fuel (190: 232,5), also a higher fraction
of Oxygen and Hydrogen.

I hope this answers your question.

i see now, its my mistake why i cannot send this answer as a whole, i put a symbol
c in a circle (copyright) that cannot be interpret as a character in this field, so it
keeps reject my reply.

Thank you for your explanation. Revealing the role of molecular interactions of
each constituent of biodiesel is interesting to follow up. I am very happy with this
discussion. Hopefully another time it can be continued with mutually strengthening
discussions and collaborations
