In general, the presenter has explained about employee performance. But in that
specific study, could you describe the main problems of employee performance in the
Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sumenep District?

The aspect of human resources is an important aspect in an organization and
bureaucracy at this time, thus it is expected that the quality of work life with work
discipline is able to provide encouragement and positive influence for the
development of performance in several related agencies. The main problem in this
department is the relationship between human resource management, which is
how to build a productive culture so that in this case, leadership support is needed
and important because it will determine the performance of employees and
employee responses in response to instructions or a good work culture that can
support each other in determining good performance.
