In e-waqf, the government can track the record of the land that already being a waqf object. My question is, what if the nazir changes the subject of the landlord as his name? Can the government also track the administration requirements that the nazir fouled? Is this system also can help police officers to track the misused of waqf objects (in this context emphasized on land)? Thank you for your answer

Reply from Mr. Adi Santoso 2020.11.18 15:11:22 Waqf assets must have the status of waqf assets, for example land, then the land certificate must be submitted by nadzir to the KUA agency and the Land Service (BPN) so that the status on the certificate can be converted into a donated land asset. with this e-waqf application, it will further minimize nadzir fraud in claiming waqf assets as personal property
