Reply from Mr. Muhammad Imron Rosyidi 2020.11.18 12:55:47 We found that not all SMEs in the Jogjakarta area as our research sites were able to implement the Quality Management System (QMS) effectively, due to the constraints of human resources, capital, knowledge of quality management systems, and technology. We want to investigate whether Quality Management System a product certification requirement is only a formality for the certification process, or is it beneficial for SMEs who have implemented the company internally so far.
