in this study, we collect data dietary pattern about fruits and vegetables that commonly consumed by responden. like spinach, kale, mustard, greens, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, long beans, green beans, cassava leaves, carrots, eggplant, sprouts, young jackfruit and spesific vagetables may be consumed by responden. And fruit about banana, apple, citrus, papaya, salak, guava, watermelon, pear, mango, melon, grapes, pineapple, and may be spesific fruit that consume.
this study only looking for relationship between fruits and vegetables consumption with body weight, so this assumption based on existing theoritical foundations about relationship of fiber in fruits and vegetables with body weight.
