Question from Mr. M. Muchammad

In part on relation between target voltage and thickness, why sulfuric acid have a
high thickness than sulfuric acid + oxalic acid?

Thx for your question

Please watch my video 7:00

The red curve is better than blue curve while using target voltage below
~50V. Then blue curve become better while using target voltage above
~50V.

The reason was,
Red curve using oxlaic acid that provide cooler electrolytes, more cool
means more better curent density (in my case). And also give higher
growing rate.

But, in my case of red curve, above 50V give a bad internal stress to the
surface.
