Question from Mr. Yusuf Adam

what affects the output power of the PV module only sunlight? what if
there is light other than sunshine where the intensity of that light
matches the sun^s light

In addition to the solar irradiation, performance of a PV module is affected by several factors including ambient temperature, type of PV technology, tilt angle of PV module, and soiling. In the research, we focused on the effect of solar irradiation simulated by halogen lamps of a solar simulator. Artificial light produced by a solar simulator is not precisely similar to solar irradiance. It still shares some defects when input voltages are changed, as a result the spectrum and the distribution of light intensity are not uniform over the available collector test area. However, it can provide a controllable indoor test facility under laboratory conditions, used for the testing of solar cells.
