The data analysis is by using Fuzzy TOPSIS method with six steps, they are:
a. Define an aggregate fuzzy decision matrix for the criteria, based on the data
survey
b. Determine the fuzzy decision matrix, based on the data survey
c. Normalize the fuzzy decision matrix
d. Determine the weighted normalization matrix
e. Determine the positive fuzzy ideal solution (FPIS) and fuzzy negative ideal
solution (FNIS)
f. Calculate the distance of each alternative of the FPIS and FNIS
g. Calculate the coefficient of proximity (CCi) of each alternative,
The maximum value of CCi is the main factor (first ranking), then simultaneously
for the second rank with less CCi value.
