1. In terms of the quality of work life, there are several factors or dimensions in
achieving a good quality of work life in influencing performance improvements such
as development, participation, innovative reward systems and the work
environment. of these factors, several attitudes must be linked so that a culture of
productivity can be achieved which will ultimately achieve better performance goals
2. Of course it can be implemented, because from the results of the research that
we have done in the form of recommendations, the processes and stages that
occur are not much different from some agencies in Indonesia, and the dimensions
of the quality of work life are also very much needed in terms of improving better
performance in several institution
