my obstacle in working on this research is that there is no contour detail on the
surface of the product

Question from Mr. Abet Adhy Anthony

Why use the horizontal toolpath for roughing process, and parallel for finishing process?

Horizontal roughing method is good for removing materials quickly, so that the
machine can finish the process easily. then parallel method creates an efficient
material process. The tool moves along a parallel cut pattern that follows the
contours on the top of materials. This method fit to smaller tools and tigher
tolerances for good control surface quality.
