Thank you Replies: Reply from Mr. Fajar Agung Nugroho 2020.11.18 14:22:25 because Kebumen is one of the districts with the lowest income in Central Java. and also maternal and neonatal mortality rates continue to occur in Kebumen and are increasing from year to year, while, the health personnel in Kebumen are adequate in terms of quotas. so that the authors are interested in researching in kebumen.
