Is there any effects of NJOP to the increase price of land according to your research?

NJOP depending on the location and soil conditions. On the land there is a
permanent building which is getting better, the NJOP will increase and in turn will
affect the price of the land

of tax objects the value of land per meter is greatly influenced by the location of

Apart from the two, the Selling Value of the Building Tax Object (Y) is very
significantly influenced by the condition of the building (X6), the year it was built
(X7), the building construction (X8), the ceiling (X12), the floor (X13), and the
electric power class ( X14)

If it is known the factors that influence. In determining the NJOP of land and
buildings in the Cibinong area, it can easily reduce the list of questions that must
be answered to taxpayers and the tax office which factors should be used to raise
taxes, which are increasing every year.
