This study used bitter melon leaves as a supplement to increase levels of VEGF in
healing diabetic ulcers. Many research results show that bitter melon leaves are
effective for controlling blood sugar levels and help in the healing process of
diabetic ulcers and are safe for consumption orally.

Bitter melon leaves in this study is extracted pure, there are no additional
ingredients and in capsule form. During the study, the majority of diabetic ulcer
patients had no complaints and felt comfortable.
