Thank you for your question Ms. Debra

1.From our research, the Factors that can improve teacher well-being are: the attention of the principal who provides additional training and knowledge to teachers, the comfort of working with pleasant colleagues, and the existence of good interactions with students.

2.about the elements in the community should put more attention to teachers can not be answered by the results of this study, and we are currently working on this topic to become our next research. Maybe next time we can
have a chance to deliver the results of our next research. Thank you.

Question from Ms. Tria Mardiana
2020.11.18 14:02:57

EA and WS are two of the heroes of education that I can learn from through your
research. My mother is also a teacher, she has been teaching for 30 years before
she died. My dream to become a teacher is inspired by my mother. Based on the
two respondents in your research, are there any valuable experiences from these
teachers as a form of sincerity from an inclusive teacher? Thank you.

Thank you for the question Ms Tria. In our study, there are 2 values &#8203-&#8203-that we found in our two subject research, namely the value of gratitude and optimism. Was this value felt by Ms Tria during your time as a teacher? Thank you

Thank you for the question Mr. Dr. Oksil Venriza, for helping teacher choose the best way to transfer knowledge in inclusive school. First of all, teachers must make assessments of the needs and assessments of the limitations that students have. Because basically the limitations of students is so vary, and the way of providing learning must be adjusted to the limitations of the students. the way of teaching will be following what each student must develop.
