The E-Waqf model that we developed has a main function more in the
management of waqf administration, so that with the e-waqf application, nadzir will
be easier to carry out administrative management such as inputting the status of
waqf, waqf data, information on the management of waqf assets, so that later an
bigdata related to waqf assets. whereas for users, for example wakif with the e-
waqf application, they can access information on the extent to which the assets
they have donated are managed by Nadzir, when they know the extent to which
the development and management of the waqf assets they have submitted will
boost their level of trust. to nadzir

Thank you for the good presentation. I^d like to ask about the
system you state before. In e-waqf, the government can track
the record of the land that already being a waqf object. My
question is, what if the nazir changes the subject of the
landlord as his name? Can the government also track the
administration requirements that the nazir fouled? Is this
system also can help police officers to track the misused of
waqf objects (in this context emphasized on land)? Thank you
for your answer
Replies:
Waqf assets must have the status of waqf assets, for example land, then the land
certificate must be submitted by nadzir to the KUA agency and the Land Service
(BPN) so that the status on the certificate can be converted into a donated land
asset. with this e-waqf application, it will further minimize nadzir fraud in claiming
waqf assets as personal property
Based on the media rupublika.com, it is stated that the Indonesian Waqf Board
(BWI) states that trust community to management institutions
waqf is able to increase participation community for waqf. However, why is there
still an assessment of the low level of public trust in the Waqaf Institution? How do
you react so that people can trust in waqaf institutions? Thank you.
Replies:
In Indonesia there are still many Muslim communities who do waqf not through
waqf institutions, this shows that even though the number of waqf participation in
BWI is increasing, there are some people who do not carry out waqf through BWI,
to minimize this behavior, we created an e-waqf application for nadzir so that
Information regarding waqf assets and their management can be accessed by
wakif where they are located so that they can exercise control over the waqf assets
they have submitted and if the wakif valuation of the assets they have submitted is
not managed properly, wakif has the right to transfer these assets to Nadzir or
other trustworthy waqf institutions.
We are very interested in this research. However, there are some things that we
might want to discuss related to the development of waqf in Indonesia in
particular. Several previous researchers stated that the obstacle faced by waqf in
developing the economy is the unprofessional existence of waqf nadzir in
managing waqf. On the other hand, finance is also the main factor why the waqf
land cannot develop optimally. Through E-Waqf offered in this study, there are
things that may need to be developed, E-Waqf should not only display data on land
managed by nadzir waqf. Another hope is that E-Waqf can also be directed to help
the financial constraints faced by Nadzir in managing waqf. E-Waqf can also be
used as a means of attracting cash waqf donors through projects offered by Nadzir.
Thank you

Because the management of waqf is still not well organized, there are steps that
must be taken
1. waqf is documented properly and correctly and is up to date (if this is well
administered then go to the next step)
2. Administration of waqf management
3. reporting of waqf and its management of assets (along with their economic
value)
The focus of the SIMASWAQFUNA system is only on asset data collection and
security so that there is no confusion over data that often occurs and is overlooked.
To help with financial constraints, it can be helped through empowerment of waqf
nadzir in the aspect of productive waqf.
In future use, is SIMASWAQFUNA prioritized for all waqf institutions or certain waqf
institutions? If it is intended to develop Muhammadiyah waqf assets, currently, at
the central level, the Muhammadiyah Asset Management Information System has
been introduced through the simam.wakafmu.org application.
Then, which position is SIMASWAQFUNA in when SIMAM at the national level has
been used by the majority of PWM in Indonesia.
