Hello mr alfian,
i really appreciate how organized the research is.

i was impressed by the membership of the research team, which complemented
each other. That this research requires collaborative work. Let us know, what
qualifications are needed to be able to join the team presenting these findings?

The bacterial suspensions incubated for 3-5 hours were the tested bacteria, namely
SA and Ec. the goal is to maintain the log phase in the test bacteria, so that when
used for testing, the activity to inhibit bacterial growth has interpreted the actual
activity not because the test bacteria died by itself or not from the test sample.

For optimization, the bacteria isolate J4 can produce antibacterial. So, the
incubation time is different, I use 1 to 14 days for optimization.

hi Mr. Alfian, In the research, you did in the Antibacterial Production Time Optimization
study, there were stages in your presentation the preparation of the bacterial suspension
is an incubation process for 3 to 5 hours, can you explain why it used that time and how
many hours it was taken for this research?
