Based on your research, what instruments were used to measure the
competitiveness of Bumdes? Can this instrument be used for BUmdes in all
regions in Indonesia? Please explain, because local characteristics must be
considered.
Replies:
In this research, the competitiveness instrument that I use is based on the Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 41 of 2007 in Afriyani (2011: 11) on process standards, defines competitiveness as the ability to show better, faster or more meaningful results. The ability in question is the ability to
1. Strengthen its market share,
2. The ability to connect with the environment,
3. The ability to continuously improve performance,
4. The ability to enforce a profitable position.
In my opinion, this is can be used as a reference for the competitiveness of BUMDesa anywhere in Indonesia
The BUMDes problem often occurs, namely the lack of professionalism of the BUM
Desa management and the integrity of the village office apparatus as fair welfare
actors for all its citizens. There is often a lack of belief in the fairness of the ^share^
of welfare that is given to one of the members of the business unit. In this
research, where is the study of professionalism related to the partnership with the
village office?

Thank you Dr. Suryati Darmiatun for your questions and concerns.
In BUMDesa governance, BUMDesa management is not allowed by Village government officials. The prohibition of concurrent positions for BUMDes administrators and Village officials is stated in Government Regulation (PP) number 43 2015 articles 132 paragraphs 6 and 7, it is explained that BUMDes administrators are not allowed to hold concurrent positions in carrying out the executive functions of village government institutions and village community organizations. On this basis, none of the village government officials who became the object of my research were none of the Village government officials and we did not include any references to this.
Thank you for your attention
