May I know why you choose the centrifugation and spontaneous process in this research

thank you Ms. siti hajir for the question,
author chose this method because of the centrifugation and spontaneous methods
with several considerations including:
1. From several studies conducted, it gives a better % yield VCO and % Lauric
acid content
2. This process is the most widely used in Indonesia by VCO producers
3. Besides that the process costs and stages are cheaper and simpler
