The material is very interesting, I am enik Suhariyanti from Unimma Magelang. I
want to ask, what is the dosage? and in terms of economic value and accessibility,
how about it? are there other fruit alternatives that are equally beneficial?
Replies:
Thank you, Mrs. Enik, nice to meet me Jamaludin Yusuf from University of
Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan. The dose of green coconut water that I
gave during the treatment was 1500 ml of green coconut water for 5 days with the
same training load.
In terms of economics, green coconut water can later be processed into an
alternative drink to speed up pulse recovery in athletes.
Another alternative fruit, in the future I will try to use apples among the public
which can lower blood pressure.
How many treatment groups were in this study? what was given for the positive
control group?
Are there any criteria used for respondents who participated in this study?
in my opinion, it might balance if the test material provided is the same. For
example green coconut water with young coconut water or ivory (gading) coconut
water. because of the content of mineral water and coconut water, are different.
Greetings to Ayu, i^m Jamaludin Yusuf form University of Muhammadiyah
Pekajangan Pekalongan.
The treatment group of this study were 13 athletes in PASI Pekalongan Regency.
the positive thing I gave for the control group by giving the perception that all the
drinks were good, but we are looking for drinks that might be better.
Selection criteria in respondents in this study are athletes who are required to have
good endurance.
In the future, maybe I will expand it to the same type of coconut to find out which
one is more influential.
