Specifically for this study, the turnover strategy that needs to be considered is
to give employees confidence in doing job crafting (flexibility in designing new
methods and so on), so as to provide signature experiences for employees in
increasing value for employees.

how the HRM strategy is to be able to change the character of employees, so that

Of course, to make a significant change in employee character is something
that is not easy. However, with the supervision and involvement of leaders as
well as effective management of the HR Division and a clear reward and
punishment system, changes in employee character can occur incrementally.
