I want to ask about how is the correct steps or the tips and trick to know about determining how many zink which have given to the children? and what is the effects of giving more and less zink to the children? Thank you..

For zinc administration according to the child^s age. if the child is less than 6 months of age, 10 mg of zinc is given. if the child is six months old or older, a dose of 20 mg is given, and zinc is given for 10 days.
The main side effect of a over dose of zinc is a decrease in zinc absorption. other effects that can be felt such as nausea, vomiting, flatulence and dizziness.
