Formal sector workers are workers who work in commercial enterprises that have a
formal structure in their organization and operations. This business is registered, and
pays taxes and follows the applicable laws, an adequate level of education and salaries
/ wages are taxed.

Thank you very much for the question
For first question there is no difference for the type of work. In this study I took a
sample of all the respondents who work in the production section, so that
homogeneity is maintained

For second question working time there^s also no division of shifts. Because
workers in the production division have a target system, with an average working
for 8-12 hours in accordance with the achievement of production targets
