Organizational Citizenship Behavior in terms of Organizational Commitment to SMP Muhammadiyah Teachers in Magelang Regency Imron, Mujahidun, M. Tohirin

Abstract
This study was conducted to find a relationship between elements of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The research subjects used in this study were 110 teachers at Muhammadiyah Junior High School in Magelang Regency, selected by purposive sampling method. Data obtained from a scale to measure OCB and organizational commitment. The data analysis used was Structural Equation Models (SEM). The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between affective commitment to OCB. The results of this study indicate that the contribution given by affective commitment to OCB is 65 percent, the rest is influenced by ongoing commitment and normative commitment. From the results of this study concluded that affective commitment is an important element in an organization in order to get better performance.
