INFLUENCES OF QUALITY OF WORK LIFE, WORK DISCIPLINE AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE DEPARTMENT OF POPULATION AND CIVIL REGISTRATION OF SUMENEP REGENCY 1Department of Management, Universitas Wiraraja, Sumenep, 69451, Indonesia Abstract Creating competitive advantage can improve quality of human resources- several advantages such as aspects of human resources are closely related to improvethe quality of work life and several important aspects such as work discipline and work motivation, as well as goals to set goals. This study focuses on how to examine influences of the quality of work life, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Sumenep Regency. A method used in this study is a quantitative approach to employees at the department with a population of 80 employees, due to limitations. A sample determination technique used for the population in the office applied a saturated sample of 80 respondents. A data analysis technique used multiple linear regression using SPSS software afterdata quality tests and assumption tests. Results of this study concludes that the quality of work life has a significant effect on the employee performance, the variable employee work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation can also make a positive contribution in the population of Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sumenep Regency Keywords: Quality of work life - Work discipline - Work motivation - Employee performance Topic: Economics |
